     AMEND on lines 95-96 by striking:  House Bill No. 1109 (2017 Regular Session) relating to requests for proposals (RFPs)

and substituting in lieu thereof:  the Public Procurement Review Board

FURTHER AMEND by inserting the following sentence at the end of line 307:

The term "governing authority" also shall not include the Mississippi School of the Arts established in Section 37-140-1 et seq.
