AMEND FURTHER by striking lines 822 through 824 in their entirety, and renumbering subsequent subsections.

AMEND FURTHER on lines 1501 through 1503 by striking the following language:

     "On petition of the chancellor or clerk of the chancery court, a relative or any other interested party, and after notice and hearing,

AMEND FURTHER on line 1520 by striking the following language:

     "On petition and after notice and hearing,"
