AMENDMENT NO 1 TO AMENDMENT NO 1 PROPOSED TO

Senate Bill No. 2766

AMEND by deleting the sentence beginning on line 20 through the period on line 22 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:  "A member of the board shall not receive any per diem compensation for any day that the member is present at the site where the examinations are being administered."

     AMEND FURTHER the title by deleting all of the language beginning with the word "TO" on line 6 through the semicolon on line 8 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:  "TO PROVIDE THAT A MEMBER OF THE BOARD SHALL NOT RECEIVE ANY PER DIEM COMPENSATION FOR ANY DAY THAT THE MEMBER IS PRESENT AT THE SITE WHERE THE EXAMINATIONS ARE BEING ADMINISTERED;"
