AMENDMENT NO 1 TO AMENDMENT NO 1 PROPOSED TO

AMEND on line 64 by inserting after the word "instruction", the following:

",as well as career counseling opportunities".

AMEND further on lines 204-207, by striking "It is the intention of the Legislature that none of the provisions of Section 43-21-321 shall create mandates that impose educational and legal requirements", and inserting in lieu thereof, the following:

"It is the intention of the Legislature that the implementation of the provisions of Section 43-21-321 shall not create accountability or accreditation requirements or standards".
