AMEND on line 676 after the word "guardian" and before the word "to", by inserting the following:

     "without notice"

AMEND FURTHER on line 677 by deleting the words "without notice"

AMEND FURTHER on line 2036 before the period at the end of the sentence, by inserting the following:

     "except for willful default, gross negligence or malfeasance"

AMEND FURTHER on line 548 after the "(1)" by deleting all language through the colon on line 552 and inserting in lieu thereof, the following:

     "On receipt of a petition under this section for an appointment of a guardian for a respondent, the court must set a date, time and place for a hearing on the petition and shall cause not less than seven (7) days' notice thereof to be given to:"

AMEND FURTHER on lines 845 and 1558 by deleting "five (5)" and inserting in lieu thereof, the following:

     "seven (7)"

AMEND FURTHER on line 1707 by deleting "for an adult" and inserting in lieu thereof "for a respondent".

AMEND FURTHER by deleting all language on lines 858 to 860, and relettering the succeeding paragraphs.

AMEND FURTHER by deleting all language on lines 1588 to 1590, and deleting the "(b)" on line 1591.

AMEND FURTHER on lines 1585, 1596 and 1709 by deleting the word "adult" and inserting in lieu thereof, the following:

     "respondent"

AMEND FURTHER on lines 912 and 1651 after the word "telemedicine" by inserting the following:

     "as defined by Section 83-9-351(d)"

AMEND FURTHER on line 1641 after the word "proof" by inserting the following:

     "for an adult respondent"
