AMEND on line 103 by striking the word "or" after the semicolon.

AMEND further on line 105 by striking the period and inserting in lieu thereof, a semicolon.

AMEND further after line 105 by inserting the following as a new paragraph:

          "(j)  The brutal treatment of a pupil or abuse of a vulnerable student or exceptional child by another student or employee of the school or district, or the failure of a superintendent or principal to report the brutal treatment of a pupil or abuse of a vulnerable student or exceptional child by another student or employee of the school or district to the appropriate authority as required under Section 43-21-353."

AMEND further the title to conform.
