AMEND on line 66 by deleting the words "suspected of engaging in acts" and inserting in lieu thereof: "and has reasonable cause to suspect that the minor has engaged in acts"

AMEND on line 67 by deleting the word "protective".

AMEND FURTHER on line 68 by deleting the words, "pursuant to Section 43-21-301" and inserting in lieu thereof, the following:

     "in accordance with the requirements of the Youth Court Act for the purpose of obtaining an order of removal of the minor"

AMEND FURTHER on line 68 after the word "immediately" by inserting the following:

     "contact and"

AMEND FURTHER on lines 89, 90, 969, 970, 971, by deleting the words "crime of a sexual nature as defined in Section 97-5-51 and any other sexual crime" and inserting in lieu thereof, the following:

     "sexual act or crime of a sexual nature"
