AMEND on line 11 by striking the words "haul seine net"

AMEND further on line 12 by striking the words "or speckled trout".

AMEND further on lines 13 and 14 by striking the words "of Cat Island".

AMEND further by striking the words "or haul seine net" on lines 17 and 18.

AMEND further by inserting the following language as a new paragraph (c) after line 18 and renumbering the succeeding paragraphs:  "(c)  It is unlawful for a person to use a haul seine net for the taking of fish in marine waters within one-half (1/2) mile of the shoreline of Cat Island."

AMEND further by adding the words "hand seines," after the word "to" on line 19.

AMEND further by replacing the word "and" with "or" on line 20.

     AMEND title to conform.
