     AMEND on line 56 by inserting before the period thereon the following:

     FURTHER, AMEND on line 74 by changing "twelve (12) hours" to "thirty-six (36) hours" and inserting before the period thereon the following:

, a psychological screening and an annual shooting proficiency test; the trainee must achieve at least eighty-five percent (85%) proficiency to be certified or recertified under this section
