AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF WARREN COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO WE CARE COMMUNITIES, INC.; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Warren County, Mississippi, is authorized and empowered, in its discretion, to contribute during fiscal year 2018 from its general funds an amount not to exceed Five Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($5,625.00) to We Care Communities, Inc., a nonprofit corporation that provides services to improve the health and well-being of disadvantaged individuals and families within the county. SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
