AMENDMENT NO 2 PROPOSED TO

     AMEND by inserting the following after line 753:

     (3)  (a)  A certificate designating an entity as an approved participant and authorizing the approved participant to participate in the incentive program that is issued for tourism projects that are cultural retail attractions shall expire on July 1, 2016, if the project has not been completed as described in the initial application by that date.

(b)  A certificate of participation for a cultural retail attraction shall authorize the participation in the incentive program only if the project is as described in the application for the project that was made before July 1, 2014.  Any change in the location or any other aspects of the project from what was described in the application shall render the certificate of participation void.

(c)  A certificate of participation may not be transferred to an entity that is not named in the certificate.

     AMEND line 50 by changing "(3)" to "(4)"

     FURTHER, AMEND the title to conform.
