AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION TO TRANSFER AND CONVEY TO THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION CERTAIN STATE-OWNED REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE VICINITY OF 620 NORTH STREET IN JACKSON, MISSISSIPPI; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The State Board of Education, on behalf of the Schools for the Blind and Deaf, may transfer and convey to the Department of Finance and Administration certain state-owned real property located in the vicinity of 620 North Street in the City of Jackson, Hinds County, Mississippi. Upon conveyance, such property shall be maintained and controlled by the Department of Finance and Administration.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
