AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTIONS 41-59-65, 41-59-67, 41-59-69 AND 41-59-71, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH PROVIDE CERTAIN PERMIT APPLICATION, FEE, BONDING, REPORTING AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS FOR A LICENSED AMBULANCE SERVICE TO CONDUCT A MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  Sections 41-59-65, 41-59-67, 41-59-69 and 41-59-71, Mississippi Code of 1972, which provide certain permit application, fee, bonding, reporting and other requirements for a licensed public or private service to conduct a membership subscription program, are hereby repealed.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2007.
