AN ACT TO NAME THE MISSISSIPPI HIGHWAY PATROL SUBSTATION LOCATED IN THE GREENWOOD, MISSISSIPPI, DISTRICT, THE "ROBERT 'BUNKY' HUGGINS SUBSTATION"; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Mississippi Highway Patrol Troupe "D" substation located in the Greenwood, Mississippi, District, shall be named the "Robert 'Bunky' Huggins Substation." The Department of Public Safety shall place a distinctive plaque in a prominent place within the building, which states the background, accomplishments and service of the late Senator Robert "Bunky" Huggins to the State of Mississippi.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
