AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE CITY OF JACKSON, IN COOPERATION AND AGREEMENT WITH ANY OTHER ENTITY, PUBLIC OR PRIVATE, TO TAKE SUCH ACTION AS MAY BE NECESSARY AND PROPER TO REOPEN LAKE HICO FOR RECREATIONAL USE; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The governing authorities of the City of Jackson, in their discretion, and in cooperation and agreement with any other entity, public or private, may take such action as may be necessary and proper to reopen Lake Hico for recreational use.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
