AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, AND/OR THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE CITY OF OCEAN SPRINGS, MISSISSIPPI, IN THEIR DISCRETION, TO CONSTRUCT AND MAINTAIN ROADS AND STREETS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN MISSISSIPPI CEDAR POINT EXPANSION WITHIN THE CITY OF OCEAN SPRINGS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  (1)  The Board of Supervisors of Jackson County, Mississippi, and/or the governing authorities of the City of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, in their discretion, are authorized to construct and maintain roads and streets at the University of Southern Mississippi Cedar Point Expansion within the City of Ocean Springs.

     (2)  The provisions of this section shall be repealed on July 1, 2011.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
