AN ACT TO DIRECT THE STATE FISCAL OFFICER TO TRANSFER FROM THE STATE GENERAL FUND CERTAIN AMOUNTS TO THE MISSISSIPPI DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND THE OFFICE OF STATE AID ROAD CONSTRUCTION; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The State Fiscal Officer shall transfer from the State General Fund the amounts listed below to the specified agencies during the period beginning upon the passage of this act through June 30, 2007:

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
