Senate Amendments to House Bill No. 632

 

TO THE CLERK OF THE HOUSE:

 

  THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE SENATE HAS ADOPTED THE AMENDMENTS SET OUT BELOW:

 

 

 

AMENDMENT NO. 1

 

     AMEND by inserting the following new section after line 21 and renumber subsequent section(s) accordingly:

     SECTION *.  The governing authority of any municipality may, in its discretion, adopt an ordinance to regularly restrict the access to a neighborhood street between the hours determined by the governing authority, and may repair, maintain, pave, sprinkle, adorn and light such street.

     FURTHER, amend the title to conform.
