  THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE HOUSE HAS ADOPTED THE AMENDMENTS SET OUT BELOW:

 

 

 

AMENDMENT NO. 1

 

     AMEND on line 77 by deleting the comma after the word "penalties"

     AMEND on line 79 by inserting the following after "(B)":  that do not involve the sale or manufacture of methamphetamine

     AMEND FURTHER on line 79 by deleting the semicolon and inserting the following in lieu thereof:  ","

AMENDMENT NO. 3

 

     AMEND on line 113 by inserting after the word "history" the following:  ", whether the offender served in the United States Armed Forces and has an honorable discharge"

AMENDMENT NO. 4

 

     AMEND on line 88 by inserting the following after the word "thereof.":  "Exemptions under 41-29-139(b)(3), (c)(1)(A) and (B) and (c)(3)(A) and (B) shall only apply to first time offenders who committed the crime before his/her twenty-fifth birthday.
