House Amendments to Senate Bill No. 2210

 

TO THE SECRETARY OF THE SENATE:

 

  THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE HOUSE HAS ADOPTED THE AMENDMENTS SET OUT BELOW:

 

 

 

AMENDMENT NO. 1

 

     AMEND by inserting the following language after line 49:       "(7)  Section 2 of this act shall stand repealed on July 1, 2008."

     AMEND on line 37 by changing the comma to a period after the word "held"

     AMEND FURTHER by deleting lines 38 and 39.
