AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE TOWN OF BOYLE, MISSISSIPPI, TO FIX AND COLLECT FEES TO MAINTAIN A  MOSQUITO CONTROL PROGRAM WITHIN THE TOWN; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  The governing authorities of the Town of Boyle, Mississippi, are authorized and empowered, in their discretion, to fix and collect fees to maintain a mosquito control program within the town.  The fees may be assessed to and collected from the water/sewer bills of the consumers of the town by means of a single unified statement for water/sewer and other public health sanitation purposes.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
