AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 49-1-45, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO CONFORM PUBLICATION REQUIREMENTS OF WILDLIFE REGULATIONS TO ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES LAW; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. Section 49-1-45, Mississippi Code of 1972, is amended as follows:

49-1-45. Rules, regulations and orders of the commission shall be published in accordance with the "Mississippi Administrative Procedures Law."
