AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE TOWN OF BOYLE, MISSISSIPPI, TO FIX AND COLLECT FEES TO MAINTAIN A  MOSQUITO CONTROL PROGRAM WITHIN THE TOWN; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  (1)  The governing authorities of the Town of Boyle, Mississippi, are authorized and empowered, in their discretion, to fix and collect fees to maintain a mosquito control program within the town.  The fees may be assessed to and collected from the water/sewer bills of the consumers of the town by means of a single unified statement for water/sewer and other public health sanitation purposes.

     (2)  This act shall stand repealed from and after July 1, 2007.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
