AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE TOWN OF TUTWILER TO EXPEND FUNDS TO BE USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF CLEANING AND REMOVING DILAPIDATED HOUSES WITHIN THE TOWN.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  The governing authorities of the Town of Tutwiler, Mississippi, in its discretion, is authorized to expend any available funds of the Town of Tutwiler, use any equipment owned by the town and utilize any employees of the town to clean and remove dilapidated housing within the Town of Tutwiler.

     SECTION 2.  The provisions of this act shall be repealed on July 1, 2007.

     SECTION 3.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
