AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF LOWNDES COUNTY TO PERIODICALLY CONTRIBUTE COUNTY FUNDS TO THE INSTITUTE FOR COMMUNITY SERVICES, INCORPORATED, HEAD START, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PURCHASING SCHOOL BUSES; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Lowndes County, Mississippi, in its discretion, is authorized to contribute periodically, from any available funds of the county, to the Institute for Community Services, Incorporated, Head Start, for the purpose of purchasing school buses.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
