AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF TALLAHATCHIE COUNTY TO EXPEND FUNDS TO THE TOWN OF TUTWILER TO BE USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF CLEANING AND REMOVING DILAPIDATED HOUSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  The Board of Supervisors of Tallahatchie County, Mississippi, in its discretion, is authorized to expend available funds of the county to the Town of Tutwiler, use any county-owned equipment and utilize county employees for the purpose of cleaning and removing dilapidated housing within the Town of Tutwiler.

     SECTION 2.  The provisions of this act shall be repealed on July 1, 2007. 

     SECTION 3.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
