AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF MARSHALL COUNTY TO MATCH FUNDS PROVIDED BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO SUPPORT THE PROGRAMS OF THE INSTITUTE OF COMMUNITY SERVICES, A NONPROFIT CORPORATION; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  The Board of Supervisors of Marshall County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may provide and expend county funds from any available funds of the county, in an amount not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) during fiscal year 2006, for the purpose of providing the local matching share necessary for the continuation of the community social service programs sponsored by the Institute of Community Services, Inc., a nonprofit Mississippi corporation.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
