AN ACT TO LIMIT THE ACCESS OF CERTAIN PROTESTORS TO ANY FUNERAL; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. It is unlawful for any protestor to come within one hundred (100) yards of a funeral, cemetery or the family of the deceased or to voice his protest during the hour before the funeral, during the funeral or during the hour after the funeral.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2006.
