AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT ALL COURT FILINGS ARE PUBLIC RECORDS AND SHALL NOT BE STRICKEN FROM THE PUBLIC RECORD; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. All filings in court proceedings in any court in this state are deemed to be public records and as such shall not be stricken from the public record.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
