Senate Amendments to House Bill No. 244

 

TO THE CLERK OF THE HOUSE:

 

  THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE SENATE HAS ADOPTED THE AMENDMENTS SET OUT BELOW:

 

 

 

AMENDMENT NO. 1

 

     Amend by striking line 85 in its entirety.

     Further, amend the title by striking after the semicolon on line 5 up to the semicolon on line 6, the following:

TO EXTEND THE DATE OF REPEAL ON THIS SECTION FROM JULY 1, 2005, TO JULY 1, 2007

and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

TO DELETE THE REPEALER ON THIS SECTION
