SECTION 1. In addition to all other sums heretofore appropriated, the following sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any money in the State Treasury to the credit of the Department of Finance and Administration for the purpose of defraying the expenses incurred in the operation of the various offices of the department for the period beginning upon passage of this act and through June 30, 2005........................ $ 103,247.00.

This additional appropriation of special fund spending authority is provided for the purpose of paying utility expenses of state owned buildings, expenses associated with construction, maintenance, repair and related expenses of state owned buildings, and providing authority to provide security services to state agencies within the Capitol Complex.

SECTION 2. In addition to all other sums heretofore appropriated, the following sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any money in the State General Fund not otherwise appropriated, to defray the expenses of the Governor's Office - Division of Medicaid for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2005$ 30,000,000.00.

This additional appropriation is made for the purpose of funding the medical and administrative services provided by the Governor's Office - Division of Medicaid.

SECTION 3. In addition to all other sums heretofore appropriated, the following sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Working Cash-Stabilization Reserve Fund created in Section 27-103-203, Mississippi Code of 1972, not otherwise appropriated, to defray the expenses of the Governor's Office - Division of Medicaid for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2005$ 19,000,000.00.

This additional appropriation is made for the purpose of funding the medical and administrative services provided by the Governor's Office - Division of Medicaid.

SECTION 4. In addition to all other sums heretofore appropriated, the following sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any money in the State Treasury to the credit of the Governor's Office - Division of Medicaid, which is comprised of any special source funds collected by or otherwise available to the division, for the purpose of defraying the expenses of the division, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2005............. $ 164,043,500.00.

This additional appropriation is made for the purpose of funding the medical and administrative services provided by the Governor's Office - Division of Medicaid.

SECTION 5. The money herein appropriated shall be paid by the State Treasurer out of any money in the proper fund or funds as set forth in this act, upon warrants issued by the State Fiscal Officer; and the State Fiscal Officer shall issue his warrants upon requisitions signed by the proper person, officer or officers in the manner provided by law.

SECTION 6. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage, and through June 30, 2005.
