House Amendments to Senate Bill No. 3013

 

TO THE SECRETARY OF THE SENATE:

 

  THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE HOUSE HAS ADOPTED THE AMENDMENTS SET OUT BELOW:

 

 

 

AMENDMENT NO. 1

 

     AMEND on lines 19 and 29 by striking the language "five percent (5%)" and inserting the language "three percent (3%)" in lieu thereof.

     AMEND FURTHER the title on lines 2 and 3 by deleting the language "TO INCREASE THE SALES TAX AND USE TAX IMPOSED ON CASUAL SALES OF MOTOR VEHICLES;"
