A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION FIXING THE DATE ON WHICH THE LEGISLATURE SHALL RECONVENE AND FIXING THE DATE OF SINE DIE ADJOURNMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES CONCURRING THEREIN, That the Senate and House of Representatives each may stand adjourned from such date and time as determined by each respective house until 12:00 noon on Wednesday, April 6, 2005, at which time the Senate and House shall reconvene unless the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives notify the members that the respective houses will not reconvene.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the 2005 Regular Session of the Mississippi Legislature shall stand adjourned Sine Die at 12:00 midnight, Wednesday, April 6, 2005.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this resolution supersedes the provision of House Concurrent Resolution No. 111, 2005 Regular Session, that sets the date of Sine Die adjournment.
