AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF GRENADA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE TO HEAD START IN GRENADA COUNTY, TO FUND THE PURCHASE OF A SCHOOL BUS FOR THE USE HEAD START IN GRENADA COUNTY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Grenada County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may utilize funds in an amount not to exceed Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000.00), from any available funds, for the purpose of funding the purchase of a school bus for the use by Head Start in Grenada County.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
