AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF BOLIVAR COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO REIMBURSE ELLIS TURNAGE FOR THE PURCHASE OF MAPTITUDE SOFTWARE FOR REDISTRICTING; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Bolivar County, Mississippi, in its discretion, is authorized to reimburse Ellis Turnage, the attorney for the Bolivar County Board of Election Commissioners, Seven Thousand Thirty Dollars ($7,030.00) for the purchase of Maptitude Software for Redistricting.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
