AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF HARRISON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE HUMANE SOCIETY OF SOUTH MISSISSIPPI; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Harrison County, Mississippi, is authorized and empowered to contribute from any available funds, not more than One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) annually during calendar years 2005, 2006 and 2007, to the Humane Society of South Mississippi.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
