AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CLAIBORNE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE TO A LOCAL BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Claiborne County, Mississippi, in its discretion, is authorized to contribute not more than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) during calendar year 2005 out of any available funds of the county, to a local Boys and Girls Club.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
