AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 49-19-409, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH PROVIDES FOR THE REPEAL OF THE "MISSISSIPPI FORESTRY INVENTORY AND STRATEGIC PLANNING ACT OF 2002"; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. Section 49-19-409, Mississippi Code of 1972, which provides for the repeal of Sections 49-19-401 through 49-19-409, the "Mississippi Forestry Inventory and Strategic Planning Act of 2002," is repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
