AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF STONE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE A BUILDING, OFFICE SPACE AND UTILITIES TO THE GULF COAST COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY, INC.; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  (1)  The Board of Supervisors of Stone County, Mississippi, may contribute a building, office space and utilities to the Gulf Coast Community Action Agency, Inc., at no cost to the agency, to assist in providing needed human services to the citizens of Stone County.  In the event that the Gulf Coast Community Action Agency, Inc., ceases to use any building or office space for the purposes described in this act, the ownership of the building or office space shall revert to Stone County.

     (2)  This section shall stand repealed from and after December 31, 2007.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
