AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF HARRISON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO ST. VINCENT DE PAUL COMMUNITY PHARMACY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  The Board of Supervisors of Harrison County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may contribute funds in an amount not to exceed Thirty-Five Thousand Dollars ($35,000.00), per calendar year for the calendar years 2005, 2006 and 2007 out of any available funds of the county, to the St. Vincent De Paul Community Pharmacy for the purpose of providing prescription medication for the elderly, poor and homeless.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
