AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 43-27-401, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH ESTABLISHES AND PROVIDES FOR THE "AMER-I-CAN PROGRAM" UNDER THE DIVISION OF YOUTH SERVICES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. Section 43-27-401, Mississippi Code of 1972, which establishes and provides for the "Amer-I-Can Program" under the Division of Youth Services of the Department of Human Services, is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2005.
