     Amend line 27 by striking "caused such injury or death" and insert in lieu thereof the following:

"causes serious bodily injury or death to another person”

     Further amend on line 52 by changing "an injury" to "a serious bodily injury" and by changing "a person" to "another person".

     Further amend the title on line 8 by inserting before the word "INJURY" the word "SERIOUS" and by inserting before the semicolon thereon the words "TO ANOTHER PERSON"
