  THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE SENATE HAS ADOPTED THE AMENDMENTS SET OUT BELOW:

 

 

 

AMENDMENT NO. 1

 

     AMEND line 241 by striking July 1, 2004, and inserting in lieu thereof the following thereafter:

     August 1, 2004 and shall stand repealed from and after July      31, 2004
