TO THE CLERK OF THE HOUSE:

 

  THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE SENATE HAS ADOPTED THE AMENDMENTS SET OUT BELOW:

 

 

 

AMENDMENT NO. 1

 

     AMEND lines 16-17 and 19-20 by striking "that sends or receives messages".

     FURTHER amend the title, line 5 by striking "THAT SEND OR RECEIVE MESSAGES".
