Senate Amendments to House Bill No. 851

 

TO THE CLERK OF THE HOUSE:

 

  THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE SENATE HAS ADOPTED THE AMENDMENTS SET OUT BELOW:

 

 

 

AMENDMENT NO. 1

 

     AMEND by inserting the following after line 9 and renumbering subsequent sections accordingly:

     SECTION *.  The governing authorities of the City of West Point, Mississippi, in their discretion, may contribute up to a maximum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) during the 2004 calendar year, out of any available funds of the city, to the local Boys and Girls Club.

     FURTHER amend line 2 of the title by inserting the following after the semicolon:

TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE CITY OF WEST POINT, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE LOCAL BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB;
