Senate Amendments to House Bill No. 445

 

TO THE CLERK OF THE HOUSE:

 

  THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE SENATE HAS ADOPTED THE AMENDMENTS SET OUT BELOW:

 

 

 

AMENDMENT NO. 1

 

     AMEND by inserting the following after line 101:

     Nothing herein shall be construed to allow an optometrist to administer a dose of epinephrine from an auto-injector.

     AMEND on line 99 by inserting "or licensed optometrist" after the word "technician-paramedic"

     FURTHER, AMEND the title to conform.
