  THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE HOUSE HAS ADOPTED THE AMENDMENTS SET OUT BELOW:

 

 

 

AMENDMENT NO. 1

 

     AMEND on line 8 by striking "annually through" and inserting in lieu thereof "during the 2004"

     AMEND FURTHER on line 9 by striking "2008"

     AMEND FURTHER the title on line 2 by striking "annually"
