House Amendments to Senate Bill No. 2601

 

TO THE SECRETARY OF THE SENATE:

 

  THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE HOUSE HAS ADOPTED THE AMENDMENTS SET OUT BELOW:

 

 

 

AMENDMENT NO. 1

 

     AMEND on line 13 by inserting the following after the comma:  "a counselor at an adolescent offender program created under Section 43-27-201 et seq."

     AMEND FURTHER on lines 16 and 26 by inserting the following after the words "jail officer":  ", counselor at an adolescent offender program"

     AMEND FURTHER the title on line 2 by inserting the following after the word "OFFICERS":  "AND COUNSELORS AND ADOLESCENT OFFENDER PROGRAMS"
