House Amendments to Senate Bill No. 2553

 

TO THE SECRETARY OF THE SENATE:

 

  THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE HOUSE HAS ADOPTED THE AMENDMENTS SET OUT BELOW:

 

 

 

AMENDMENT NO. 1

 

     AMEND on line 432 by inserting the following after the second comma:  "as amended by House Bill No. 1517, 2004 Regular Session,"

     AMEND FURTHER by inserting the following after line 488:

     "(f)  Liability from a merger shall be limited as provided in Sections 1 through 5 of House Bill No. 1517, 2004 Regular Session."

     AMEND FURTHER the title on line 16 by inserting the following after the comma:  "AS AMENDED BY HOUSE BILL NO. 1517, 2004 REGULAR SESSION,"
