AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF TUNICA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE AARON E. HENRY COMMUNITY HEALTH CLINIC, INC. AND/OR THE G.A. STOVER HEALTH CLINIC, P.A.; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Tunica County, Mississippi, is authorized and empowered, in its discretion, to contribute during calendar year 2004 to the Aaron E. Henry Community Health Clinic, Inc. and/or the G.A. Stover Health Clinic P.A., an amount not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) out of any available funds, solely for the purpose of improving and enhancing medical care and education in and for the residents of Tunica County, Mississippi.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
